About the Show
Welcome to ORGANIC A to Z, the vlog exploring the world of organic foods. We’ll work our way through the alphabet highlighting a different key ingredient and serving it up each week. We hope to educate people about organics and encourage you to eat and cook with them more. So read on, watch on and get your butt in the kitchen!
About the Host
Gregory Schaefer is really passionate about food, cooking and having killer dinner parties. He is currently the pastry chef at Canelé--the hot new bistro in Los Angeles' east side. Gregory's also into television hosting, Voice Over work and writing, directing and producing his own independent films. ORGANIC A TO Z is the perfect outlet for G, where he gets to combine his talents for FOOD and MEDIA along with his unique, enthusiastic hosting skills. It’s a splendid excuse to make a mess in the kitchen! And yes, G does all of the dishes!

What makes you intresting is your personallity, I can see you on Television! When it comes to organic foods, I think, oh it costs more. I need to be more educated.

Gregory......what can I say.......you make me want to cook. Now that is amazing! The site looks great and I see big things in your future. Zach says, "God Damn that's good!" We are looking forward to the next installation.
Organic Foods
Hey Greg,
I love your recipes and I know of some recipes I can recommend to you that you can actually use on your show. One recipe is Pineapple sugar caramel with pistachios. Check out the recipe.
